What works well?

Working environment, home office, the many advantages offered by the Mobiliere group, catering... Our prospects are good, and we're part of one of Switzerland's best companies: La Mobilière. I don't understand certain negative comments. Of course, not everything is perfect, but is the grass really greener elsewhere? I've worked here for many years and I highly recommend this company. Bussigny customer service is top notch. Since Nyon, the whole crew has sunk with the bad people already present. All the "managers" have become heartless, smileless, moodless people. The employees of some departments meddle in things that are none of their business following the OpenSpace, specifically to stir up trouble. HR is non-existent and takes sides during conflicts. Not to mention management not reacting despite discussions.
