Good conditions / advantages and an implicated management
What works well?
Employees have great advantages on insurances and other benefits, the building is brand new and very pretty. Participation from the employer on meals everyday. Solid procedures to allow employees to grow should they want to. Management with their heads on their shoulders and their feet on the ground.
What could be improved?
Some services have a bit of a toxic social working environement.
