Are you looking for an administrative assistant role that enhances your project management experience and allows you to support senior leadership in a global environment?  If so, this role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As part of our team, you will provide end to end delivery of programs and projects.  The role will require independent judgment and discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes and identify improvement areas.


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Provide operational support to the team for activities in the area of Purchasing: Procurement Process, PO creation & follow-up, managing invoicing, contracting, payment follow-up/resolving payment issues (P2P tickets, help desk etc), Ariba Super-User, manages vendor set-up and monitoring, and handles the third-party overview (TPRM) process

Support management monitoring of key-processes and risk and administrative tasks as required

Operate as assistant for the ViiV Healthcare team e.g. organization of team events, assisting with onboarding process for newcomers upon request, System support, Calendar Management, Transfer of Value Management & Contract Management

Interact with stakeholders in the organisation to understand and improve business requests

Endorse new ways of working and act as change agent to convince customers the new processes are beneficial for the company

Back-up: Operates as the back-up of the ViiV Project Manager
