In order to cover a maternity leave, BOBST is looking to hire a Regional Marketing & Communication Manager (12 months) who will be reporting to the Region Business Director DACH. The Regional Marketing & Communication Manager will help ensure that all salespeople have the proper tools to perform their tasks effectively in a relevant manner. He/she will be participating in a wide range of marketing and communication activities.

Regional Marketing & Communication Manager (12 months)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and/or support marketing and communication content creation and update
  • Social Media strategy roll out
  • Build and deliver marketing campaign and assets
  • Provide website content in local language
  • Plan and deliver success stories, translations of media templates and presentations to support sales teams needs
  • Deliver success stories to support sales teams needs and ensure proper distribution
  • Establish official internal communication
  • Organize and/or support worldwide and local events, roadshows and webinars
  • Manage or coordinate specific projects
  • Budget follow up

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on, self-starter, autonomous and solution oriented
  • Taking initiative, efficient, and proactive
  • Strong data understanding and analytical skills
  • Excellent planning skills, with project and time management
  • Oriented to details and ability to jungle multiple deliverables on duly time
  • Interest in current trends, digital sales and marketing tools
  • Team player with experience working in a matrix organization.
Experience & Education:
  • A degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Some experience in a similar role
  • Editorial skills and experience
  • International experience or working with cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint), and familiar with Adobe Suite
  • Fluent in English and German. French is an asset
