You mission will be to provide support to the Bachelor program so that students receive the best learning experience possible.

What you will do

You will serve as the 1st academic point of contact for students

You will deliver tutoring sessions (when relevant)

You will prepare and update course material

You will support the digitalization of the course material and participate in the management of the Moodle environment

You will support courses on exam processes

You will assist in guest speakers' logistics

You will participate in various innovative projects related to students' success

Who you are

You have a Bachelor degree or an equivalent in one of the field mentioned above

You are service oriented and passionate about improving and facilitating our students’ learning

You are capable of working autonomously and you feel at ease with presenting and public speaking

You have very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and you pay attention to details

You are open minded and proactive

You have very good communication skills, with fluency in French and in English
