CNC Programmer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Creating, optimising and maintaining CNC programmes for various machines and materials
- Operating CNC machines for the production of workpieces
- Creating technical drawings and models using CAD/CAM software
- Implementing customer drawings into CNC programmes
- Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes as well as the quality of produced workpieces
- Performing maintenance and repair work on machines
- Continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes and CNC programmes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a polymechanic or a similar technical qualification
- Experience in CNC programming as well as operating CNC machines
- Experience in CAD/CAM programming and knowledge of common software tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Good skills in reading technical drawings
- High initiative, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and team player
- Fluent German. Additional language skills are an advantage
