Social Insurance Specialist

The ARAS of East Lausanne-Oron-Lavaux is offering a position at 80% - 100%

Main activities

- Welcome, inform, guide and provide support to the public regarding their rights and obligations in social insurance and social schemes (AHV, IV, PC, family PC, health insurance, etc.)

- Assist individuals with their social insurance procedures

- Provide administrative support to people in need

- Various tasks related to collaboration with partner services (OVAM, Vaud cantonal AHV compensation office, etc.)

Desired profile

- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

- Certificate as a generalist in social insurance

- Federal diploma in social insurance is an asset

- Experience in a social insurance agency would be an asset

- A personality very comfortable in human relations with proven listening skills

- Adaptability and great discretion

- Experience in using IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Filemaker Pro, etc.)
