You work in a modern technical environment where stable platforms, automation and reliable services are central. In this role as Platform Engineer, you take responsibility for central systems, technologies and the continuous development of the infrastructure. You are responsible for the development and operation of systems that are essential for smooth processes. Your tasks are varied and challenging, giving you the opportunity to continuously expand your skills and knowledge. You are an important part of a dynamic team committed to innovation and quality.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for central log management and analysis environments with Splunk and Cribl and optimise their performance and availability.
You develop modern monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana and Zabbix and create transparency over business-critical IT services.
You manage container-based platforms with Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm and ArgoCD and improve their deployment processes.
You automate recurring operational tasks with Ansible, support database services and establish uniform security and quality standards.
You coordinate technical infrastructure projects, analyse complex faults and participate in the rotating on-call service.
Qualifications:
You have a solid IT education or a relevant degree with several years of experience in Linux and platform engineering.
You master Ansible and are familiar with the administration of complex logging solutions based on Splunk or Cribl.
You bring practical knowledge in monitoring, Kubernetes, container orchestration and GitOps tools.
You are familiar with PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MySQL; experience with Python, Go, HAProxy or Traefik is welcome.
You convince through personal responsibility, service-oriented thinking, team spirit as well as very good German and good English skills.
