Lead System Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Design, implementation and maintenance of cloud and hybrid infrastructures as well as technical optimisation of existing customer environments
Analysis, recording and documentation of customer requirements as well as independent customer support by phone, email and on site
Management, planning and coordination of IT infrastructure projects from analysis to successful completion including project status reports and progress reports
Technical leadership and coordination of the project team, creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as close collaboration with consulting & sales
Ensuring high service and project quality as well as independent work in a versatile technical environment
Qualifications:
Completed training as a platform developer EFZ (formerly system technician EFZ) and several years of experience in system engineering
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for Business
Willingness to work outside regular hours for infrastructure migrations
Strong communication and teamwork skills, customer and service orientation, high reliability and quality awareness
Very good German skills, understanding of Swiss German as well as good English skills for technical documentation and communication
