Export Administrator International 60-80% (m/f/d)
For an established Swiss manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces high-quality consumer goods for demanding national and international customers and stands for quality, precision, and continuous innovation. Employees can expect a modern working environment with varied tasks.
Responsibilities:
Processing international customer orders from entry to delivery
Support of importers and specialised dealers in Europe and overseas
Written and telephone communication in German, English, and Italian
Coordination with sales, logistics, and finance departments
Support with questions regarding export, customs, and international deliveries
Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
Participation in selected events and product tests
Ensuring timely processing of ongoing orders
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in export or internal sales
Knowledge of international goods traffic and customs environment
Confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
Independent and structured working style
Quick comprehension and strong customer orientation
Resilience and good organisational skills
Very good German and good English skills
