Digital customer processes, intelligent business solutions, and modern cloud platforms are at the heart of this role. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who supports companies in optimising their CRM landscapes and designs innovative solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting customers in the further development of modern CRM solutions
Analysing business processes and translating professional requirements into technical concepts
Designing, configuring, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms
Implementing customisations, workflows, and automations to improve digital processes
Supporting CRM implementations, migrations, and development projects
Conducting workshops with departments and stakeholders
Developing sustainable solutions in customer experience and process digitalisation
Assisting with integrations involving Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other business applications
Creating technical documentation as well as training and advising users
Actively shaping modern CRM architectures and digitalisation initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience as a consultant, solution specialist, or business analyst in the CRM environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience in analysing and optimising business processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Dataverse is an advantage
Understanding of interfaces, integrations, and modern cloud technologies
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer consulting
Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
Enthusiasm for digitalisation, automation, and modern Microsoft technologies
