Finnova Application Manager - Payment Solutions & Banking Services (m/f/d)

Role:
You can work comfortably at one of our four locations or from home. Applicants from all over Switzerland are welcome.
Responsibilities:
You support and optimise Finnova functions related to payment processing, account management and banking transactions.
You analyse professional requirements, assess impacts on existing processes and develop suitable solution concepts.
You coordinate releases, parameterisations and function tests in collaboration with business units and IT.
You investigate disruptions in daily operations, manage their resolution and ensure stable application operation.
You accompany further developments from requirements clarification to implementation and create clear documentation.
Qualifications:
Education or degree in business informatics, computer science, banking or a comparable qualification.
Experience in application management or in supporting banking software solutions.
Knowledge of payment transactions, account management or related core banking processes.
Practical experience with requirements analysis, test management, release coordination and fault diagnosis.
Structured, service-oriented personality with communication skills and very good German language skills.
