Junior IT Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency
- As part of the maintenance work, you support the optimisation of the monitoring tool
- You ensure the implementation and control of monthly maintenance even outside business hours
- Through scripting, you automate processes and create monthly reports
- You are also involved in the further development of the existing tool landscape (monitoring, CIPP, MS Lighthouse/CSP)
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally can demonstrate 2 years of experience as a system administrator
- You have very good knowledge of scripting with PowerShell or Python
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C#, Java) would be desirable
- In hectic situations, you can keep an overview, are resilient, and enjoy working in a team
- Your German skills are very good in spoken and written form, and conversations in English are also no problem for you
