Senior ICT Team Lead (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a stable and efficient ICT operation as well as high system availability
Supporting digitalisation initiatives and the introduction of new software and technology solutions
Coordinating between business, internal specialist departments and external IT partners
Responsibility for client, network and system infrastructures as well as the reliable operation of applications
Managing backup and data protection solutions as well as implementing and further developing IT security policies
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in IT service management and change management
Completed training or degree in computer science or a comparable field
Further education in business informatics or IT management is an advantage
Strong communication and social skills combined with business acumen
Very good German language skills as well as a proactive, solution-oriented working style
