Role:
You don’t just want to manage existing processes in the real estate industry, but actively help shape them? For a growing company with a versatile real estate portfolio, we are looking for a committed person for real estate accounting. You can expect a varied environment with short decision-making paths, a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to play an active role in the further development of the company.
Responsibilities:
You lead and coordinate the real estate accounting for rental and condominium properties and are the central interface between property management and accounting
You prepare annual and interim financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
You are responsible for accounts payable including payment transactions and ensure correct and timely processing
You handle debt collection and dunning and reliably monitor outstanding receivables
You reconcile accounts, clarify discrepancies and support with further accounting issues related to the managed properties
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, a federal specialist certificate and Abacus knowledge
You are IT-savvy, communicative and present yourself competently and confidently
You feel comfortable in a young company
You have flawless German in spoken and written form
