Technical Clerk AVOR and Purchasing 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You plan and coordinate production orders taking into account the available resources.
You check material requirements and initiate the corresponding procurement processes.
You obtain prices and conditions from suppliers.
You independently compare offers and process orders.
You keep production documents and relevant order data up to date.
You monitor delivery dates and coordinate necessary measures in case of deviations.
You maintain master data and order-related information in the ERP system.
You coordinate ongoing orders with production, quality, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship in metalworking, ideally polymechanic EFZ.
Several years of experience in AVOR, production planning, or technical purchasing.
Good knowledge of material procurement and supplier management.
Further training as a process specialist or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
You can confidently interpret technical drawings and production contexts.
You work in a structured, independent manner with a strong understanding of numbers.
You communicate clearly and reliably in contact with suppliers and internal departments.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
