Localisation, delimitation and resolution of complex faults; initiation of technical fallback and escalation procedures
Taking on project or subproject management in technical projects; proposing and implementing proactive improvements
Coordination and control of collaboration with partners and service providers in daily operations and projects
Support tasks in 1st and 2nd level
Monitoring of specialist applications and information security based on service levels and security profiles
Qualifications:
Completed ICT apprenticeship or school-leaving certificate, degree as ICT system engineer with several years of experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft and cloud environments as well as in the network area (switches, firewalls, VLAN)
Experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, software packaging, Azure and digital workplaces
Expertise in service provider management and control, as well as application operation, hardware operation, network operation and service operation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
