Mandate Manager Trust (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Our Rocken partner is an established trust company in Zug that supports companies and private individuals in all matters relating to accounting, financial statements, taxes, auditing and VAT. The focus is on personal advice, long-term customer relationships and reliable, high-quality mandate management.
Role:
Our Rocken partner is an established trust boutique in the financial centre of Zug and supports companies and private individuals in the areas of accounting, annual financial statements, taxes, auditing and trust services. In this versatile role, you will independently manage mandates and accompany your clients as a reliable contact person for financial and administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and leadership of trust mandates for companies, private individuals and international mandates
Management of client accounting as well as ensuring a complete, structured and high-quality bookkeeping and data basis
Preparation and processing of interim and annual financial statements
Advice and support on tax matters as well as preparation of the corresponding declarations
Management of payroll accounting including payroll processing, social security and personnel administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in the field of trust, finance and accounting or auditing
Several years of experience in independently managing trust mandates as well as sound knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements
Fluent German, English & French skills, additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable working style with a strong customer and solution orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and professional appearance in direct customer contact
