Salary - CHF78,000 - 97,500For an established Swiss manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and manufactures high-quality technical products for national and international industrial customers, combining long-standing know-how with modern production methods. A varied working environment and short decision-making paths characterise the employer.
Role:
To strengthen the existing team, an additional position in international internal sales has been created. You can expect a varied hub function between customers, internal departments, and logistics partners. In a dynamic Swiss company, you can take responsibility in order and export processing and develop professionally as well as internally.
Responsibilities:
You look after national and international customers and accompany their orders from quotation to invoicing
You prepare shipping, export, and customs documents
You coordinate export, import, and transport issues with internal departments and external partners
You ensure smooth order processing and clarify open points directly with the responsible parties
You maintain customer, order, and master data in the ERP system
You participate in internal projects and the further development of existing processes
You support your team colleagues and take over their representation
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in order processing or internal sales, ideally with export reference
Commercial basic training, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
Knowledge of international shipping and export processing is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
Very good German and good to very good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured, and resilient working style
Customer-oriented and team-capable personality with a confident manner
