Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)

Our Technical Services team is looking for reinforcement

What we are looking for you for:

• Inspections, maintenance work and repairs on HVAC systems at the Wolhusen site in compliance with legal safety regulations as well as internal company instructions.
• Analysis and modernisation of existing HVAC systems.
• Active participation in conversion projects.
• Operation of the energy centre (operator role).
• Willingness to be on call.
• Processing workshop orders.
• Technical support for building management system (BMS) and maintenance of the Ultimo maintenance tool.
• Professional deputy for Group Lead Technical Services.
• Coordination and supervision of external companies.

What you should bring:

• Completed basic technical training.
• Many years of practical experience (min. 10 years) in the maintenance and servicing of machines and systems in the HVAC sector.
• Knowledge in the field of measurement and control technology.
• Communicative and cooperative personality.
• Confident handling of MS Office.
• Preferably experience in a regulated working environment.
• Valid driving licence category B (passenger car).
• German (confident communication in spoken and written); basic knowledge of English.
