The Charmontey Housing Cooperative Society in Vevey is looking for its future technical manager at 50%. Within a small team, you will be the main point of contact for our member-tenants and various stakeholders regarding technical interventions.

Job Description

Technical management of rental buildings and apartments:

• Ensure the technical management of buildings and apartments.

• Manage entry and exit condition reports.

• Supervise maintenance, renovation and upkeep work on buildings and apartments.

• Check quotes and invoices before payment.

• Manage relationships with external service providers and contracted companies.

• Prepare the annual budget for works and monitor its financial progress.

• Carry out regular visits to buildings to ensure their good condition.

• Organise the work of the versatile employee and monitor their activity.

• Supervise the concierges’ activities, plan holidays and replacements.

• Collaborate with cooperative employees.

Your profile

• Commercial/technical federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent qualification.

• Very good knowledge in the field of technical building management.

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within a housing cooperative or a real estate agency in Switzerland.

• Organised, responsible and autonomous person, able to manage priorities and work as part of a team.

• Good command of IT tools, Quorum: an advantage.

• Comfortable with writing and numbers. Proficient in French. Good stress management and interpersonal skills.
