At Tend, we implement energy renovation not only conceptually but also as a total contractor on site. We primarily offer institutional investors the holistic implementation of energy and decarbonisation measures. Our range of services includes replacing fossil heating systems with heat pumps, optimising the building envelope energetically, and installing photovoltaic systems.
As a construction manager, you take responsibility for the execution of our renovation projects and ensure that everything works together on site. The projects are compact, usually lasting two to six months, allowing you to manage several sites simultaneously. You coordinate various specialist companies, keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and costs, and act as the central hub for smooth implementation.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management and quality control of the execution of projects in the field of energy renovation
- Simultaneous management of several renovation projects, each lasting around two to six months
- Coordination of executing companies from various fields such as facade construction, window construction, plastering, and roofing
- Preparation of cost and schedule plans including monitoring and initiating measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring appropriate project and site organisation as well as leading the planning and execution team
- Inspection of completed work and support during acceptance and defect rectification
- Active participation in the further development and standardisation of our execution processes
What you bring
- Experience in construction management and coordination of various specialist companies, for example from an architectural office or construction management company
- Alternatively, experience as a project manager in a building envelope relevant area and interest in taking over overall coordination in the future
- Very good knowledge of project management, costing, and construction project accounting
- Good understanding of construction processes during execution and comprehension of the interplay of various specialist areas
- Strong organisational skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced awareness of quality, deadlines, and costs
- Open and communicative personality with assertiveness and enjoyment in professional exchange with specialists from different disciplines
- Affinity for digital applications, efficient processes, and new solution approaches
- Team-oriented personality with leadership skills and high social competence
