Export Clerk Order Management 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focused on the development and manufacture of high-quality technical components for demanding applications. With high development expertise, modern manufacturing technologies, and a strong international presence, the company supplies customers from various industrial sectors. Responsibilities:
Processing international customer orders from entry to shipment
Coordination of export deliveries with freight forwarders and internal departments
Preparation and verification of shipping and customs documents
Handling import and export formalities
Monitoring ongoing orders and coordinating delivery dates
Maintaining relevant order and delivery data in the SAP system
Processing returns and administrative warehouse processes
Supporting logistics administration and supervising apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or logistics basic training
Experience in export, order processing, or international logistics
Knowledge of customs and international transport processes
Confident use of MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage
Structured working method when handling multiple parallel orders
Reliable collaboration with internal and external contacts
Willingness to undertake further training as a vocational trainer
Very good German skills as well as solid English skills
