Service Delivery Manager - Connectivity & Datacentre (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you looking for a challenge where you can apply your skills as a Service Delivery Manager? In this role, you take end-to-end responsibility for critical infrastructure services and ensure they are delivered smoothly and to the highest quality. You act as the central interface between various departments and create the structures for operational excellence. You are responsible for the execution of these services and ensure they meet the highest standards. You are thus an important part of a team responsible for the crisis-proof delivery of indispensable services.
Responsibilities:
You ensure compliance with all service level agreements for connectivity and datacentre services
In this role, you are the first point of contact for customer concerns
As Service Manager, you monitor KPIs and coordinate daily operations according to ITIL
You develop and manage standardised onboarding processes for new customers
You establish regular service review meetings and maintain risk logs
You work closely with internal departments such as network engineering, security, datacentre, and network operations
Qualifications:
- You have experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Service Owner, or project manager in IT infrastructure - ideally with a focus on network and datacentre services
- You bring a solid technical understanding of connectivity solutions
- You have experience with datacentre operations, connectivity, and hybrid infrastructures
- You are familiar with ITIL, SLA structures, KPI measurement, and service governance
- You excel in communication and customer management skills
- You have good German and English language skills
