Responsibilities:
You process international customer orders and coordinate the individual processing steps.
You prepare and process quotations according to sales specifications.
You administratively support and document export processes.
You compile the necessary documents for customs documentation.
You independently respond to customer enquiries in daily business.
You coordinate deliveries and orders with internal departments.
Collaboration with international sales is part of your daily routine.
In case of discrepancies, you seek practical solutions and clarify open points.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in international inside sales is required.
You have good knowledge of import, export and customs.
Confident use of MS Office is part of your basics.
Experience with Pro Alpha or a comparable ERP system is an advantage.
You work reliably and in a structured manner even under higher workloads.
You communicate clearly, act confidently and enjoy working in a team.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
