IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of system architectures in close coordination with internal and external partners
Management of Microsoft 365 including PowerShell automations according to global UCC guidelines
Provision, configuration and maintenance of end devices such as notebooks, thin clients and mobile devices
Support responsibility in 1st-3rd level for systems in on-premises and cloud environments
Incident management in Citrix, responsibility for the migration to Azure Virtual Desktop, including RemoteApp packaging
Development and implementation of rollout strategies for operating systems and applications via Intune
Participation in the development of technical concepts as well as documentation of infrastructure and software requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training and further education in the field of computer science, e.g. EFZ system technology/platform development, ICT certificate or higher education studies
Sound knowledge in M365 administration including PowerShell, as well as experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and RemoteApps
Practical experience with SonicWall firewalls, network infrastructure and physical cabling
Ideally familiar with service management tools and ticketing systems
Very good German and English skills, as well as basic knowledge of French
