We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and friendly person to strengthen our team and actively contribute to the smooth running of our projects.
You will play a key role supporting the works management, project managers, and the administrative team.
Job Description
- Management and monitoring of tenders and bids
- Preparation of bid comparisons
- Preparation and follow-up of contracts, amendments, and account statements
- Accounting management of invoices and payments
- Follow-up of client files, revisions, and contractual documents
- Filing, digitisation, and administrative control of files
- Updating databases and management tools
- Occasional organisation of site-related events (bouquets)
- Welcoming visitors and managing the telephone switchboard
- Handling mail and general emails
- Drafting minutes and administrative documents
- Management of supplies and office resources
- Participation in organising office life and internal events
- Document management and plan filing
- Various administrative tasks related to the position
Profile Sought
- Commercial training CFC, Maturity or equivalent
- Experience of 3-5 years in an administrative role, in building, construction, architecture or real estate
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Good writing skills and organisational sense
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with rigour
- Team spirit, autonomy and service orientation
