DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner has been developing, integrating, and operating cyber security solutions for over 20 years. They are a reliable partner when it comes to monitoring and protecting IT security infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for maintaining the virtual platform based on VMware
- You design solutions (solution design) and, if interested, take on the technical leadership in new customer projects
- You actively engage in the further development of our GitOps workflow
- You contribute to the automation and modernisation of the geo-redundant data centre
- You operate the VxRail appliances and integrate VMware Tanzu Kubernetes clusters
- You carry out migrations of legacy applications to the container platform
Qualifications:
- With a broad field of interest and technical know-how as well as professional experience as a system engineer or already as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer
- Sound knowledge of Linux and practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in automating processes using Ansible, Bash or Python
- Interest in security topics, with professional experience in this area being advantageous but not mandatory
- You speak fluent German; English is nice to have
