Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk until the End of the Year

To support our team, we are immediately or by arrangement seeking a committed individual as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk (20%) for a fixed-term assignment.

Tasks

• Independent handling of accounts payable and receivable
• Checking, coding and posting of incoming invoices
• Preparation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Monitoring of open items and conducting dunning procedures
• Reconciliation of accounts
• General administrative support in the finance department

Requirements

• Commercial basic training, ideally with experience in accounting
• Professional experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• ABACUS knowledge is a must
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment of a fixed-term support role
