- Independent execution of maintenance, inspection, and repair work on HVAC systems
- Performing repairs and technical adjustments
- Systematic analysis and troubleshooting of faults
- Ensuring technical availability and reliable system operation
- Conducting functional checks and corresponding technical investigations
- On-site customer support and acting as a competent contact for technical concerns
- Coordination and supervision of work by internal and external specialists
- Documentation of completed work and technical interventions
- Identifying optimisation and improvement opportunities
- Supporting additional technical tasks in building and system maintenance
- Participation in planned on-call and standby duties
Ideally, you have:
- Completed technical vocational training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Good knowledge in technical fault finding and troubleshooting
- Further training in maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge in electrical engineering is an advantage
- Good IT and user skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- High sense of responsibility and strong quality awareness
- Customer-oriented and professional demeanour
- Enjoyment of varied technical tasks
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to participate in on-call and standby duties
- Driving licence category B
