Your tasks with our client:

• Independently reviewing and assessing medical and pharmaceutical dossiers in the field of social insurance

• Preparing clear, well-founded statements as a reliable basis for benefit decisions

• Regular exchange on equal footing with medical practices, pharmacies, authorities, and other specialist offices

• Empathetic advice to insured persons and service providers on specific enquiries by phone or email

• Contributing your own ideas to make existing workflows even simpler and more efficient

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), diploma as a pharmacist, or nursing training with initial reference to social insurance law

• Diplomas from the EU/EFTA area are very welcome, provided SRK recognition or registration is in place or already underway

• Enjoy analysing medical reports in depth and presenting complex contexts clearly and concisely

• Confident use of common IT applications as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Good communication skills and the motivation to advocate daily for the concerns of different people
