Artificial intelligence only unfolds its value where strategy, governance, and technology interact. As AI Strategy Lead, you shape the digital and AI strategy and translate it into a robust roadmap. You identify use cases around Microsoft 365 (M365), Copilot, and automation and bring them into productive operation. The role is strategically anchored and has a direct impact at executive management level.
Responsibilities:
You further develop the digital and AI strategy and build a prioritised roadmap with a clear business case.
You identify potentials for efficiency, quality, and customer benefit and implement these in scalable solutions.
Furthermore, you ensure a secure and responsible use of AI, taking into account data protection, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements.
You work closely with specialist departments, IT, compliance, information security, and external partners.
Additionally, you build a power-user network and promote a digital innovation and learning culture.
You also lead stakeholder management and communicate opportunities, risks, and progress transparently.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives with demonstrable business benefits.
You have a profound understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud architectures, data platforms, and automation.
You have developed digitalisation or AI strategies and led cross-departmental programmes.
Furthermore, you impress with a confident appearance at executive management, specialist department, and IT levels.
Governance, data protection, and information security are part of your mindset.
Additionally, you communicate fluently in German and move confidently in the English professional environment.
