You want to not only manage modern workplace environments but also technically further develop and operate them stably in the long term? In this role, you work on demanding enterprise environments and combine client engineering with virtualisation, cloud, security and automation.
In doing so, you take responsibility for the technical advancement of workplace solutions, resolve complex faults and ensure that the systems remain secure, performant and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
You develop and operate workplace solutions in FAT and VDI environments.
You are the technical contact person for stakeholders and support with demanding issues.
You design and optimise system configurations with Microsoft MECM and Intune.
You plan and coordinate hardware-related updates such as BIOS and driver updates.
You implement security and compliance requirements in the workplace environments.
You integrate and automate solutions with PowerShell.
You analyse complex faults and performance issues in 3rd-level support.
You support the further development of secure workplace solutions and professionally accompany trainees.
Qualifications:
You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and have several years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering environments.
You have solid experience with Citrix and/or Microsoft AVD, Windows 365, co-management and Azure.
You are very familiar with Microsoft Intune, MECM and PowerShell.
You have experience with hardware migrations as well as BIOS and driver updates.
You are interested in hardening, security and the protection of company data.
You enjoy working agilely and want to continuously improve complex systems.
You have very good German language skills.
