System Engineer:in Workplace (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the entire spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
A modern workplace determines every day how productive people are. As a System Engineer:in Workplace, you ensure that clients run stably and software reliably reaches the users. In doing so, you combine exciting customer projects with ongoing operations and bring your experience with Intune and Microsoft 365 to bear purposefully. You actively drive new workplace technologies forward and gradually take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You operate the software distribution as well as the packaging and develop both purposefully.
You independently and solution-orientedly implement customer projects in the workplace environment.
Furthermore, you take on the management of sub-projects.
You actively shape new technology topics around the modern workplace.
In addition, you contribute to 2nd level support.
You also create and keep technical documentation up to date.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education, such as an IT specialist EFZ, forms your basis, complemented by several years of practical experience.
You have solid know-how in client engineering.
You have already worked practically with client management tools such as Intune or comparable solutions.
Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and Microsoft 365 (M365).
Customers and service are your focus. You communicate confidently in German, ideally also in dialect, and feel comfortable in technical English.
In addition, you hold a driving licence and have your own vehicle.
