Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You will manage several mandates and ensure reliable processing of ongoing bookkeeping as well as periodic closing processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage the financial accounting for several mandates and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You perform intercompany reconciliations and report the closings in the group consolidation tool
You prepare financial content for management and explanatory reports and support external audits
You manage the bank and accounts receivable accounting including invoicing and dunning and additionally support the accounts payable processes
You prepare tax returns, VAT declarations and other required tax declarations
You contribute to budgeting, long-term planning and monthly liquidity planning
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or a degree in business administration and bring several years of practical experience in accounting
You are familiar with IFRS, Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER and have good knowledge in direct and indirect tax areas
You work very confidently with Excel; experience with SAP and ideally with a consolidation tool is an advantage
You have fluent German skills; good English skills are desired, French skills are an advantage
