Our client is looking for a dynamic spare parts specialist who excels as a central interface between engineering and customer service. In this versatile position, you actively shape customer satisfaction and ensure that every project succeeds through perfect parts supply. You are the problem solver everyone can rely on.

Your exciting tasks:

• First-class customer care with expert advice on technical components and spare parts

• Active interface function between suppliers and customers for smooth processes

• Independent preparation of offers and professional handling of orders

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent service

• Self-directed management and organisation of your workday with high personal responsibility

• Needs analysis and solution finding for individual customer requirements

• Active participation in optimisation processes in spare parts management ?

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality who combines technical know-how with commercial thinking. Whether you come from engineering and love numbers, or from the commercial sector with a passion for mechanics. What matters is your ability to understand and intelligently link both dimensions.

This makes you the ideal candidate:

• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for dialogue with people

• Systematic, independent working style combined with absolute reliability

• High stress resistance and a keen sense for first-class service

• Ideally a background as a technical clerk, industrial clerk with technical affinity, or comparable qualification

• Desirable: Experience in B2B sales of technical components, machinery or industrial products

• Bonus: Knowledge of ERP systems and digital ordering processes
