Clerk Export Processing & Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Process international customer orders from order to delivery
Coordinate export processing and freight forwarding enquiries
Coordinate shipping dates with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments
Prepare and check required export and shipping documents
Organise customer samples and coordinate their shipment
Coordinate forecasts and quantity planning with customers and communicate internally
Keep product, customer and material data up to date in the system
Support sales, production and planning with international orders
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in export, order processing or customer service
Practical knowledge of international goods traffic and freight forwarding processing
Good MS Office skills and confident use of ERP systems
Independent, structured working style and reliable order processing
Customer-oriented communication and flexibility with changing priorities
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
