What to expect

• You create transparency by preparing precise customer reports and KPI analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action from them
• You actively drive service quality forward, identify improvement potentials and implement effective optimisation measures
• You manage contract changes end-to-end within the change management process and ensure smooth implementation
• You continuously develop processes, guidelines and manuals and take our way of working to the next level
• You orchestrate nationwide orders, keep an overview and ensure convincing result preparation for the customer
• You are a sparring partner for account management and keep the threads together in day-to-day operations 
• You bring people and topics together by professionally planning, coordinating and conducting meetings, training sessions and events
• You take ownership of smaller projects and independently bring them from idea to successful implementation 

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training or further education (HF/FH) with a business administration foundation 
• You think in networks, analyse precisely and keep an overview even in complex contexts
• You work goal-oriented and bring the necessary assertiveness and perseverance
• You convince with your clear communication and a strong customer orientation
• You use Excel confidently and purposefully for data analysis and preparation
• You communicate fluently in German; French skills are a plus
