For the exclusive Tertianum Park Residence with the public park restaurant in Meilen, we are looking to hire as soon as possible a
Restaurant Specialist EFZ 80-100%
Your tasks
- Co-responsible for competent service (pension and à la carte service as well as banquets, events and buffets)
- Support in room service
- Proactively knowing, advising and selling the gastronomic offerings
- Preparing the mise en place
- Co-responsibility for efficient stock management
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP concepts including various cleaning tasks
- Proper and professional organisation of work within the service team
- Cash handling including daily closing
Your profile
- Training as a restaurant specialist EFZ, service specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in an equivalent role
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and at banquets
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
