About the job

The notarial firm of Patrick de Preux, Laurent Besso, Alexis de Selliers & Matthieu Sinner, composed of four partner notaries, is established in Lausanne. It is active notably in the fields of real estate law, corporate law, and inheritance and family law.

To strengthen its inheritance division, under the responsibility of Mr Matthieu Sinner, a notary with a FSA specialisation in inheritance law, the firm is seeking an associate in inheritance law.

Your responsibilities

• Drafting wills, inheritance agreements, marriage contracts and mandates for incapacity;
• Managing estates alongside the notary, from inventory to the establishment of partitions;
• Monitoring mandates for testamentary execution;
• Correspondence and relations with clients, heirs, banks, fiduciaries and authorities;
• Autonomous management of files, organising appointments and preparing signings.

Your profile

• Proven experience in the field of inheritance, acquired in a notary or law firm, a bank or a fiduciary;
• Legal training (Master of Law) or commercial employee CFC or equivalent training;
• Bar certificate or CAS in inheritance law is an asset;
• Excellent writing skills in French;
• German or English is an asset;
• Rigor, organisation, ability to handle several files in parallel;
• Sense of contact and confidentiality.
