Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the automotive sector, for example as a retail specialist, automotive spare parts salesperson, automotive specialist, mechatronics technician or equivalent
- You speak fluent French and German.
- Experience in sales or sales processing
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in team supervision
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics) and office software, as well as general IT knowledge
- You stand out with a strong customer service orientation.
- You communicate openly, clearly and constructively.
- High initiative, solution-oriented and team spirit
Your role:
- Welcoming and advising customers in French and German
- Independently handling complaints and returns
- Processing customer orders by phone and in writing
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to our wide range of products
- Managing simple customer accounting
- Ensuring the replacement of the branch manager in their absence
