Job Description
• Welcome, advise and assist professional and private customers, both at the counter and by phone
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare quotes, enter and follow up orders
• Ensure customer follow-up and foster business relationships
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, technical service, administration)
Profile Sought
We are looking for a person capable of working in a team, stress-resistant and responsible, ideally with a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer and several years of professional experience. You enjoy working independently and appreciate customer contact. You have a reflective mindset and solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both spoken and written, is impeccable, and your communication skills complete your profile.
