Foreign Trade Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is an internationally active technology company in the field of municipal and cleaning technology. The company develops and produces specialised vehicles and systems for street cleaning, winter services and other municipal applications. Employees benefit from a technically demanding environment with international interfaces.
Responsibilities:
You prepare deliveries abroad organisationally and administratively.
You coordinate shipping dates with customers, freight forwarders and specialist departments.
You compile the necessary documents for exports.
Correct classification of items according to customs tariff is part of your duties.
You assess dual-use matters based on applicable regulations.
You record and maintain export processes in the ERP system.
You respond promptly to enquiries from sales, logistics and customer service.
You consider national and international regulations in order processing.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with practical experience in export business.
Further training in foreign trade or export is an advantage.
Solid experience in handling international deliveries.
Knowledge of Swiss customs and export control.
Confident use of ERP applications and common office programmes.
You have a very good command of German and can confidently use English in professional everyday life.
Reliable working style and independent prioritisation of tasks.
Clear communication and good collaboration with various stakeholders.
