As part of the development of our Investment Department:

Your mission:

• Prospect, analyse and negotiate sales mandates for all potential yield properties in French-speaking Switzerland
• Value yield properties
• Identify clients’ needs and expectations
• Manage and accompany clients during visits
• Finalise sales up to signing

Your profile:

• Proven experience in the yield property sector
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
• Very good network of contacts
• Dynamic, motivated, tenacious and committed
• Excellent negotiator, creative in finding solutions for clients
• Excellent command of French and English, German would be an asset
