Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
You don’t just want to process tickets but actively shape the digital workplace? As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you bring customer projects around clients, software distribution and Microsoft 365 (M365) to a clean conclusion. Your work moves between project business and operations, and this very mix makes everyday life varied. With Intune and modern packaging, you create solutions that work noticeably in the users’ daily routine.
Responsibilities:
You implement customer projects in the workplace environment from planning to handover.
You independently lead subprojects and keep an eye on deadlines and quality.
Furthermore, you ensure stable operation of software distribution and continuously optimise the packaging.
You support 2nd level support and find the cause even in tricky client problems.
In addition, you evaluate new workplace technologies and help shape their introduction.
You also document systems and processes comprehensibly and keep the documents up to date.
Qualifications:
You bring solid knowledge in client engineering and feel at home in Windows client environments.
After basic training in IT, for example as an IT specialist EFZ, you have gained several years of professional experience.
You know software distribution and client management from practice, for example with Intune or other common deployment tools.
Furthermore, you master the Microsoft ecosystem and have in-depth experience with Microsoft 365.
Service is not just a buzzword for you. In customer contact, you communicate effortlessly in Swiss German, and English technical literature poses no obstacle.
In addition, you are mobile with a driving licence and your own car.
