We are looking for a Lead Assembly Operator capable of combining production, technical expertise and operational support within a high-precision industrial environment. While remaining heavily involved in production activities, you act as the local technical lead for your cell.

Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly operations in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure performance and continuity of production within your scope.
- Identify, analyse and report anomalies to the Team Leader.
- Manage the daily priorities of the cell in coordination with management.
- Perform visual and functional checks of products during manufacturing.
- Carry out first-level maintenance on equipment.
- Provide technical support to operators through your field expertise.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and 5S standards.
- Contribute to versatility and sharing of best practices within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Training or experience in mechanics, microtechnology, industrial assembly or a similar field.
- Proven experience in an industrial production environment.
- Excellent technical skills and strong analytical ability.
- Ease in problem-solving and team support.
- Strong sense of organisation and prioritisation.
- Team spirit and constructive communication.
- Rigor, reliability and quality orientation.
- Ability to evolve in a lead role without hierarchical responsibility.
