The School of Practical Arts department at EHL is dedicated to hands-on education in the hospitality arts, combining operational expertise with excellence. It trains students in essential skills such as culinary arts, service, and hotel management in a real-world environment. Through an immersive approach guided by industry experts, students develop high standards of professionalism and precision. This department embodies EHL’s commitment to blending theory and practice to prepare the leaders of tomorrow. In addition to its academic responsibilities, the School of Practical Arts contributes meaningfully to campus wellbeing by fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere. It collaborates with student committees and wellbeing initiatives to promote physical and mental health, inclusion, and community engagement across EHL campuses.

The mission of the Health Coordinator is to plan and manage a comprehensive and accessible program of preventative health and wellness services for EHL students and, when requested, EHL business units. The role promotes physical health awareness, drug and sexual health education, and inclusion initiatives across campuses, while overseeing budgets, external stakeholder contracts, and internal reporting related to wellbeing services.
What will you do?
- Plan, manage, and deliver regular wellbeing activities for the EHL community.
- Act as the internal and external point of contact for student wellness and health-related projects.
- Create and share Health & Wellness resources for use across EHL business units.
- Oversee the Health Centre budget, including orders, payments, and financial forecasting.
- Promote physical and mental wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity across campuses.
- Support nurses in daily healthcare tasks and student services.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external medical stakeholders and suppliers.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop wellness programs for students and staff.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or an equivalent field, along with a certificate in Health Promotion.
- You have 5 years of professional experience with 3 years in a similar position.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an empathetic attitude.
- You are well-organized, with strong time management and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- You have strong IT skills and are familiar with medical terminology, databases, and healthcare system operations.
- You have experience developing wellness programs and using medical software to support office tasks.
- You are capable of strategic planning and supporting health-related initiatives across departments..
- You are fluent in French and English (C1 level).
