We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Clerk Secretariat and Affairs 100%
Exciting tasks await:
- You assist with the coordination and scheduling of our government affairs including the creation of timetables and timely monitoring
- You ensure quality assurance of affairs, assignments and correspondence
- You take over correspondence and document processing (editing, proofreading, shipping organisation)
- You provide reliable administrative support for the entire Secretariat and Affairs area
- You maintain reliable contact with internal and external offices, coordinate enquiries, align information and ensure smooth exchange between administration, politics and other stakeholders
What you bring:
- You have completed commercial training with proven successful professional experience
- You have a strong interest in political affairs as well as a sound understanding of political processes
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are very service-oriented, reliable and structured
- You always keep an overview even in stressful situations and appreciate a varied working day
