Export Order Management Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Review incoming orders as well as recording and confirming them in the ERP system
Ongoing coordination of open delivery dates with customers and internal departments
Assumption of administrative support for international customer accounts
Control and updating of agreed sales prices and conditions
Preparation of the necessary documents for cross-border shipments
Disposition of freight orders and monitoring of commissioned transport companies
Control of customer-side stocks and management of associated packaging materials
Processing of digital customer requirements and implementation of operational management guidelines
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical apprenticeship
Solid experience in international order management
Practical experience with export regulations and cross-border goods movements
Good ERP knowledge, preferably with Infor COM
Understanding of logistical processes and collaboration with freight forwarders
Precise working method and ability to handle several processes simultaneously
Confident manner in contact with customers and internal stakeholders
Reliability, initiative and good teamwork
