Role:
Our client supports companies in demanding security and digitalisation projects and helps them systematically identify and effectively reduce risks. The role combines strategic information security with the design of modern security architectures and the implementation of regulatory requirements. As a Senior Consultant, you analyse existing security structures, develop suitable solution approaches, and accompany clients from conception to implementation. You take on project responsibility, coordinate different stakeholders, and contribute your expertise in workshops, management meetings, and the further development of the consulting offering.
Responsibilities:
Supporting companies in planning and implementing cyber security strategies and security programmes
Assessing existing ISMS and conducting security audits, gap analyses, and maturity assessments according to ISO 27001
Developing risk analyses, business continuity concepts, and crisis management solutions
Designing security architectures for IT and OT environments considering Zero Trust and network segmentation
Developing compliance and data loss prevention concepts as well as appropriate protective measures
Planning and managing complex consulting and transformation projects including workshops and management presentations
Contributing to business development and supporting pre-sales activities
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, or IT security consulting
In-depth knowledge of security governance, risk analyses, and compliance requirements
Experience in building, operating, or optimising ISMS according to ISO 27001
Knowledge of modern security architectures and technical as well as organisational security measures
Confident manner and consulting experience with executives, CISO teams, and technical specialists
Strong project management skills and experience with complex security or transformation projects
Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong customer orientation
Very good German and English skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 are a plus
